Management Team
Group Managing Director
Maleek has vast experience in both the semi-government and private sectors. His experience includes leadership and training roles as a uniformed officer. He is also experienced in the area of recruiting. After 7 years in recruitment, due to his interest to grow and gain more experience, Maleek joined the property management industry where he directly handled more than 350 units. His ability to build rapport with people fast and good project management skills gained him much respect and appreciation among both the residents and his peers as well as his contractors as he was able to ensure that the projects for the property were carried out efficiently. He is also a Grassroots Leader for more than 15 years where he has built a wide network of contacts. With his people management skills, he was able to guide his team of committee members on various projects that were beneficial to the community. His guidance and leadership has led to much camaraderie among the residents as well as his committee members.
Group Managing Director
Rashidah holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore. She grew her career in the government sector in health education, project management, and marketing for more than 20 years. As a fully accredited strata management, she has attended the courses and achieved the certifications granted by the Association of Strata Management (ASM) and the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas of marketing, business development, project management, finance, and procurement. As a former government servant, she is well acquainted with the issues of procurement and finance. She ensures strict compliance for the proper management of funds. In 2018, she took over her first consultancy company started in 2014, and converted it to MCS United Group Holdings with the aim of expanding the business in facility management. She works with her managing partners & directors to grow and develop MCS United Group Holdings into an international brand.
Group Managing Director
Ali has 25 over years of experience in building and construction. He is well experienced in facility management, land acquisition and building in Singapore. Ali is in charge of the property valuation, consultancy and asset management department in MCS United Holdings Pte Ltd. He oversees the firm's research and is responsible for development of projects. His team carries out appraisals of all types of properties - commercial, residential and industrial for owners, developers and corporate clients. Ali also has a few companies under his belt, as owner and shareholder. As a Development Consultant, Ali oversees projects to ensure that all datelines are met and are within budget. As Ali has strong relationship with his vendors and suppliers, he is able to ensure that the overall developments are able to meet quality requirements within budget. As a Development Consultant, Ali is familiar with all the defects that can occur in any building or development. With his experience in the industry, Ali is able to identify quickly these defects and advise the necessary actions to be taken to ensure that the property value is maintained or improved over time.
Group Managing Director
Clement, our Group Director in MCS United Group Holdings, has more than over 20 years of experience, spanning Real Estate, Asset, Property Management, and the Construction Industry. He is also certified in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Clement is Bachelor's Degree holder (Mechanical Engineering) and graduated from Nanyang Technological University. Before joining the Real Estate Industry, Clement was working as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager in the Construction Industry where he supervised more than 500 staff and skilled workers under his portfolio. His main role will be to oversee all the estates’ day-to-day operations and to ensure that all the requirements of the estates are met and the commitments are fulfilled. He will ensure adequate resources are deployed to effectively and efficiently manage the estates under our care. His calm approach to handling any matter has made him well-liked by both staff and clients.
Director (Operations)
Thanesh Kumar holds a Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering, marketing, business development, recruitment, and human resources. He is an expert in the art and political science of government. also highly active in community work. As Head of the Malaysian branch of MCS United Group Sdn Bhd, Thanesh will focus on the growth and expansion of the business in Malaysia.
Consultant
Jason has a wealth of experience in consultancies in various fields. He was working as a Senior uniformed officer for 25 years. He has graduated in Police Studies, Policing & Security Management. Jason has many years of experience in the government and private sectors, both locally and overseas for many years. He is a consultant and advisor for many foreign government & private sector projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong & Malaysia. Jason’s experience includes leadership, training, consultancy and business development. As a head of deparment, Jason has groomed many of his team into good leaders and established good business growth for his organisations. Through his experience and connections, Jason aims to bring MCS to greater heights
